Allison Peevy is a Chicago-based Intimacy Coordinator, Director, and Cinematographer with a master’s degree in Television and Film. Her work centers on creating authentic, emotionally honest stories that honor both the visual artistry of theater filmmaking and the well-being of performers.

Drawing from years behind the camera, Allison brings a filmmaker’s eye to intimacy direction, shaping scenes that look cinematic while ensuring boundaries and consent remain at the core. Her approach is rooted in kindness, accountability, and realism, fostering spaces where collaboration thrives, and every actor feels seen and supported.

Allison has worked across film and theater productions throughout Chicago, known for her ability to balance creative vision with care. She believes storytelling is most powerful when it’s truthful, when every frame reflects humanity, connection, and trust.
